Originating in the Bright distillery in 2021 when making Koji (Japan’s national fungus) for spirit R&D. Chef/distillers Hamish & Rachel couldn’t resist putting the koji to good using the distillery’s custom wood-fire grill.

Seating duration: 1.5 hours
Please book for the total number of guests in your group in one booking, so we can ensure we have space for all of you on the same table. Due to limited capacity, we may be unable to accommodate extra guests on the day.

Groups of 8 guests or more will be on our $67 per person 3 course sharing menu.

​Reed & Co Distillery is one-level, and wheelchair accessible from the Wills Street entry. If you have requirements, please make a note when booking to ensure you are seated at one of our low tables.

DO YOU ACCOMODATE DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?

Please add your dietary requirements to the notes when booking. We can accomodate Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Seafood Allergy, Nut Allergy and Vegetarian. If you have more than one dietary requirement we will be in touch to advise or re-confirm.
CAN I DINE WITH KIDS?
Yes. As we are primarily a distillery and cocktail bar, we have allocated family dining seating times between 5.15pm and 6.00pm. Please note that there is no kids menu available and make note of children in your booking.​​
WHY CAN'T I BOOK ON THE DATE I'VE SELECTED?​

Bookings open approximately 2 months in advance, so if you can't see the date you are planning please check again closer to the time.​ ​

Alternatively, we may be booked out. In this case you can register for a waitlist and we will contact you if a seating becomes available.
