There’s no place like home…
At Reed & Co. Distillery, our home is nestled in the rugged beauty of Victoria's High Country – a land of breathtaking valleys, ancient bushland, towering pine forests, and winding rivers. It’s a place where nature's raw beauty is intertwined with the spirit of community and creativity.
This landscape inspired us to make our very first spirit, Remedy Australian Dry Gin, back in 2016. We were captivated by the vibrant botanicals that thrived in our surroundings – mountain pepper, eucalypts, and native shrubs whose aromas danced on the mountain breeze. We wanted to capture that sense of place in a bottle, to share the magic of our home with others.
But Remedy wasn’t just our first gin; it was one of the first native bush gins in Australia, and it was the start of a journey – one that led us to explore more deeply the flavours and stories of Victoria's High Country. Nearly ten years later, it still represents our heart and soul. But the journey didn’t end there. We’ve continued to deepen our bond with the landscape, experimenting with new botanicals and flavours, always inspired by the world around us.

Our Gin & Juice showcases the vibrant grapes of the Alpine Valley, while our Koji Spirits are crafted using Koji we make in-house – a nod to our love for Japanese techniques and flavours. Each creation is a celebration of the wild and nurtured landscapes that surround us, capturing the essence of Bright, Victoria, in every drop.
