THE PERFECT NEGRONI

The classic negroni has made a return to favour. If you haven't perfected your negroni making skills yet, we have you covered.

Serves: 1 (Approx 1.9 standard drinks)

40ml Remedy Australian Dry Gin

30ml Campari

30ml Sweet vermouth

5ml Marionette orange curacao/ or orange peel to garnish

Equipment/Glassware

Stirring glass

Cocktail strainer

Rocks/Old Fashioned glass

Instructions

Pour the Remedy gin, campari, sweet vermouth (& orange curacao) into your stirring glass

Add ice to your mixing glass and stir dwon

Add ice to your drinking glass & strain the cocktail over ice

Garnish option: Zest the orange with the skin facing the contents of the glass & spray the oils over the cocktail.
