With a collaboration from Billy Button Wines, Gin & Juice 2022 is a beautifully crafted grape gin made with North East Gerwurtztraminer grapes, yuzu, shincha green tea, and shiso. The result is a refreshing gin with vibrant citrus and green tea aromas, complemented by the sweetness of ripe apricot and the warmth of yuzu marmalade and spices.
How to drink it: Enjoy it chilled, with tonic or soda, or mixed into a fruit cup martini variation. For a perfect garnish, try lemon, cucumber, or even a touch of black pepper for added depth.
 
Mistelle 2022 – Grape Spirit
