Crafted in the Honkaku-style, this light and fruity Australian Shochu is made with 100% rain-fed Tachiminori rice, carefully fermented and distilled to preserve its delicate profile.

Koji Spirits Chilli Koji Liqueur - 500ml

Our Barley Shochu-based liqueur is infused with Guajillo and Chipotle chillies, creating a balance of sweet, smoky, and spicy flavours. It is warm, rich and spicy with a touch of smoke. Sweet citrus and chocolate on the palate evolving into caramel, ginger with a bold chilli finish. The finish has a lingering spice with a hint of vanilla sweetness.

How to enjoy

  • In a highball with ginger beer and fresh lime

  • Mixed with cola for a smoky twist

  • Garnish with lime, orange, mint, or shiso for extra depth
