TASTING NOTES
Elegant juniper and piney citrus with a herbal woody undertone.

 
The nose is juniper in all of its elegance, soft floral perfume, pine and warm wood spice. The palate up front has sweet floral juniper followed by a piney citrus with a herbal and cedar undertone. The finish is long & dry.

In a G&T garnished with sage, eucalyptus, rosemary, mint, lime or juniper.
In classic gin cocktails eg; Gibson, Gin Rickey or French 75
