Ingredients
45ml NEO Yuzu Dry Gin
20ml Lemon Juice
10ml Sugar Syrup
1-2 Shiso Leaves
Soda
EQUIPMENT/GLASSWARE
Highball Glass
Jigger, Bar Spoon
INSTRUCTIONS:
Measure & pour NEO gin, lemon juice & sugar syrup into your glass.
Add ice & stir gently by lifting the ice.
Gently top with soda & shiso
Lightly stir & enjoy!
TIP: Don’t over stir or vigorously stir in circles, this will result in a less bubbly and diluted beverage.
