30ml Remedy Australian Dry Gin
15ml Bitter Clara
180ml Tonic (we like Capi Dry)
1 Orange Wedge
2 Mint leaves
EQUIPMENT/GLASSWARE
Jigger & Bar spoon
Large Goblet style glass/ Spanish Copa Balloon glass
INSTRUCTIONS:
Build over ice;
Add ice to glass
Add Remedy, Bitter Clara,
Tonic & Garnish
Lightly stir & enjoy!
