Ingredients

45ml Saint Juni Distillers Strength Dry Gin

25ml Lime Juice

10ml Lime Cordial

10ml Sugar Syrup

1/4 Lime Wedge

EQUIPMENT/GLASSWARE

Cocktail shaker, cocktail strainer & fine strainer. Chilled Coupe glass.

Pour all ingredients into shaker with a lime wedge, muddle,

add ice and shake.

Double strain into chilled coupe glass.

We prefer no garnish.
