45ml Umeshu
60ml Prosecco (off dry)
20ml Soda Water
Lemon Zest
EQUIPMENT/GLASSWARE
Glass; Tall stem / white wine glass or your preferred glass.
Equipment; Jigger, Bar Spoon, knife, chopping board, peeler
INSTRUCTIONS:
Build over ice, lift liquid through the ice.
Try not to over mix/stir to preserve the bubbles.
Express lemon zest on the edge of glass and place on top of ice.
Serves:
1 serve | Approx. 1.2 standard drinks (based on a Prosecco at 10.9%alc)
