LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

This web site is operated by Reed & Co Distillery. As far as is permitted by law, you agree when you use this web site to indemnify and release Reed & Co Distillery in respect of any claims, loss or damage incurred as a result of any error, omission or misrepresentation in this web site.

Reed & Co Distillery reserves the right to refuse any purchase order, competition entry or booking made via this website.

PRODUCT RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

Reed & Co Distillery accepts that on some rare occasions, a bottle may have a faulty seal or become damaged in transit. Should a product arrive with such issues (and due to no fault of the purchaser) we are happy to replace or provide a credit note for the amount of the purchase.

PRODUCT DELIVERY POLICY

Purchases made from Reed & Co Distillery (VICTORIA) will be despatched within 7 working days of order and payment processing. Receipt of delivery to purchaser’s address is dependent on purchaser’s proximity to Reed & Co Distillery and may range from overnight to 7 days.
Wholesale orders will be despatched from Sydney and all metro areas, excluding Perth, should receive purchased order within 5 working days. Region areas and Perth should expect their order within 2 weeks, all is dependent on purchaser’s location and accessibility.

Reed & Co Distillery will use all reasonable endeavours to deliver by any requested or agreed date, however it does not guarantee delivery on that date and is not liable for any loss resulting from late delivery. Nor does it guarantee that the ordered or requested quantity of goods is delivered. As a small batch distillery, Reed & Co Distillery reserves the right to offer a smaller allocation to its customers than may have been ordered or requested, based on over-subscription of offers.

Deliveries cannot be made to PO boxes or anywhere outside of Australia. In the instance the recipient has provided incorrect or out-of-date details, Reed & Co Distillery is not liable for incorrect or unclaimed delivery.

Goods will NOT be delivered to persons under the age of 18 years. Reed & Co Distillery may request that the person who receives the goods provide satisfactory evidence of proof of age.

Reed & Co Distillery must be notified of damage caused to goods during shipping, within 3 days of delivery. Replacement of goods will be coordinated by Reed & Co Distillery provided there is satisfactory evidence damage was caused during transit (Photo evidence may be requested).
