Your access to credit terms and use of the Reed & Co Distillery Wholesale is subject to these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Reed & Co Distillery.

Terms and conditions
1. The undersigned acknowledge the above information is true and correct

2. Each delivery invoice must be checked and signed by the customer or customer representative on the day of delivery.
3. Credit terms are that of 14 days commencing from the date of the delivery. Payments are made payable to Reed & Co Distilling / Tani Dining Pty Ltd.
4. All payments must be by bank/money transfer into suppliers nominated account. Cash,cheques and other forms of payments are not acceptable. Debts will only be
considered paid once payment has been cleared and accounted for into the nominated
account.
5. In case of outstanding debts, Reed & Co Distilling reserve the right to withhold any future dealings with the above customer until outstanding payments have been made

6.Reed & Co Distillery is not liable for any losses or breakages once the goods have been delivered and delivery has been signed for by a customer representative.

7. You must maintain the security and secrecy of your user name and the password you create to access the Wholesale page and you must not permit any other person to access or use those Credentials. You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs on your account on the Wholesale page.

8. By registering to for Reed & Co Distillery wholesale, you agree to receive email communication/and or messages from Reed & Co Distillery related to your account, orders or product updates.
